As the youngest of five children, Dr Lau felt duty-bound to fulfil his father's wish after his siblings decided that medicine was not their calling. I must admit that my decision to concentrate on my schoolwork and try to get admitted into medicine in Singapore was largely to make him happy. In fact, he feels that his father had chosen well for him. Saving lives and healing people is indeed honourable and meaningful work, which I look forward to every day.
I cannot imagine any other job as satisfying. Thank you, Dad! Dr Lau's words carry much weight precisely because his daughters do have the grades for medicine. He and Cynthia are the proud parents of Ysien, 19, and Ywen, It looks like Dr Lau's sporty genes have passed on to his daughters. The two young ladies have managed to do well academically even though they are heavily involved in the sport of fencing. Imagine having to hit the books in between 15 hours of training a week, not to mention regular overseas competitions and training camps.
They are also very fortunate to have a dedicated and brilliant mother. Cynthia has helped them to manage and balance the academic and sporting demands in their lives. In , she was not only named Singapore's Sportsgirl of the Year, but she also won the gold medal in the women's individual sabre event at the SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur. Of the three weapons in fencing — foil, epee and sabre — Dr Lau's favourite is the sabre.
Explaining his choice, he enthuses, "All fencing requires power and speed, but the fastest action tends to take place in sabre. You have to think and move fast; you need to be decisive and absolutely committed to your course of action.
Sabre punishes the indecisive. Completing Fencing Team Lau is Cynthia, who multitasks as videographer, team manager, travel agent, driver and head cheerleader! The Frozen Throne Reforged. Explore Wikis Community Central. Register Don't have an account? Diminishing returns.

I have done some more research into this and I've found evidence that feral charge completely lacks DR. Check this video:. The priest gets charged by the other feral druid and 3 seconds later Azoth charged the priest applying a full duration feral charge.
Interesting to note is that it does not replace the previously applied feral charge. Similar thing happens at when Azoth charged about a second before the other druid, and you can see the second druids application expires a second after.
It happens again at The other druid charges the warrior it's a bit hard to see it happens behind the pillar but you can see the debuff. Azoth then charges the warrior seconds later applying a second full duration immobilize. You this example you can also see that the warrior is clearly immobilized for the full duration dispelling any doubt that this would be an interface error or the like. Also , I kind of struck gold with this video. Conclusion: Feral charge does not share DR with itself.
Only problem with those videos caffeinez linked is that they are outdated. It's a very early patch as the terrain in the arenas show and blind here is a poison pre patch 2. Sure if you look at the logs of feral charge no changes are made about the DR, but there were undocumented changes as well.
